Jimmy L. Nyeango (b. Bamenda, Cameroon) is a Cameroonian-Chinese filmmaker and cinematographer who divides his time between New York and Los Angeles. He uses his craft as a means of exploring intimate moments of familial connection and care in cultures that reflect his background. Thematically, he is interested in notions of identity, belonging, intimacy, or the lack thereof. Currently looking at architecture as a time-capsule site of cross-generational familial connection.
